About

Jacob Dayan is the Head of Originations, specializing in sourcing and structuring loan transactions for lenders, investors, and developers. He plays a pivotal role in identifying new financing opportunities, conducting client intake, and managing the early stages of loan transactions to ensure successful closings.

 

Mr. Dayan’s expertise lies in evaluating the financial viability of projects, negotiating loan terms, and guiding clients through the loan origination process, from initial assessment to final approval. His deep understanding of the real estate finance landscape allows him to tailor loan solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.

 

His experience covers a wide range of real estate asset classes, including mixed-use developments, commercial properties, and residential projects.

 

Before assuming his current role, Mr. Dayan has worked on numerous high-value loan transactions, helping clients secure optimal financing for their investments.
